FAQ - Frequently asked questions
How do I book the large hall?
Select the date and start time in the calendar, enter the Number of persons and complete the booking. The Graduated prices are calculated automatically. After confirmation, you will receive an e-mail with all the details on access, use of the facility and contact details for any queries.
What equipment is included?
Included are Mirror wall, Sound system (e.g. jack/Bluetooth) and seating areas. Please bring your playback device/adapter. Additional equipment such as a tripod, extra light or other equipment is available on request - simply state your wishes in the message field.
Are there minimum durations or buffer times?
Bookings are made by the hour. Recommended are 60-minute slots with 15 minutes buffer for build-up/breakdown between appointments. You can book sessions lasting several hours by selecting consecutive hours. For series appointments, we are happy to help you with a fixed reservation.
How does cancelation or rebooking work?
You can change or cancel your booking free of charge 24 hours before the start. If you need to make changes at short notice, please contact us directly - we will try to find a fair solution. The binding conditions can also be found in your booking confirmation and in the checkout.
Can I make regular or long-term bookings?
Yes, for Recurring dates (e.g. weekly) or longer blocks, write to us by email or WhatsApp. We will block the desired slots in your calendar and create a suitable offer - with package conditions and preferred time slots on request.
