- Warm-up & technique training: We start by loosening up the body and repeating specific leadership, posture and isolation techniques.
- Figure structure & combinations: You will learn several new figures in progressive blocks - including partner changes and application in real time.
- Focus on musicality: We analyze Salsa Cubana music and show you how to use the music structure for accents, styling and breaks.

No, you can also alone take part in the workshop. In the Zapatissimo dance school we work with regular partner changes so that you can practise with different dancers. This not only promotes your Body awarenessbut also your ability to react to different dance partners - ideal for all intermediate dancers! A workshop like this is a compact intensive coursewhere you learn new moves, techniques and combinations in a single day. In contrast to weekly courses, the workshop offers an intensive, focused learning experience with rapid progress - perfect for improving your Refresh or specifically improve your Salsa Cubana level. If you're looking for more intense dance experiences, you'll find them here: ➡️ Bachata bootcamp for beginners - Learn Bachata compactly and with lots of fun in just one day. All workshops cost from 25 € – 50 € pro Person and are a great way to learn new things and meet like-minded people. Pull out comfortable clothing in which you can move well.
